Why am I not able to send mail messages?

 You profile has probably been blocked.

This might have happened due to constant breaking of Rules.

I am being offended by another member. What should I do?
Answer

There are two ways to block messages from the offender.

• You can sign in to your account, go to your mail, move the mouse over the message you’ve received and click “Block the sender” which will appear on the right side.
• Or you can click “Setting” under member menu, and on the left side you’ll see a link called “Blocked members”. So click this link and enter the number of a profile you want to block.

I want to reply to a message, but I can not find the answer box. Where is it?
Answer

 The profile you are trying to send a message to is erased, so you will not see reply box or"Send" button.

I want to delete all mail messages. How can I do that?
Answer

 Mail messages can be deleted one by one, you can mark all the letters you want to delete, or you can delete whole conversation with a particular person.

• Už atrašytus laiškus galima surinkti ne daugiau nei 50 taškų per valandą;

• Surinkti taškai yra sumuojami ir už juos yra priskiriama klasė (sidabrinė, auksinė, deimantinė).

Taškai nėra pridedami, jei:

• Laiškas yra atrašomas kelis kartus iš eilės;

• Laiškas atrašomas sau.
